The Academic Quiz Bowl Meet taught us that we need to read the Classics/read Newberys/read the newspaper regularly/and work on our math skills. It is a great experience for the students to see comparable private schools in our state.

Jr. Beta Club welcomed Mayor Doug Echols in March and Mrs. Cathy Rose Hicklin, assistant to Rep. John Spratt in April. We will have a booth at International Festival where we will sell “Slushies” and bead bracelet kits. Come by and see us. Our May speaker is from the River coalition.
