Congratulations to the St. Anne Students – Blessed with Gifts!!!

• St. Anne Spelling team competed and performed well at the SCISA State Championship in Manning, SC, last week.  Congratulations to Silas Fitzgerald, the STATE Runner-up for 4^th grade.  Quite an achievement!!
• Lauren Switzer and Elizabeth Yost represented Saint Anne School at the South Carolina Band Director's Association Region 3 Band Clinic this weekend, held at Fort Mill High School.  Over 250 students performed in five different bands on Saturday.
• St. Anne Girls and Boys Middle School Basketball teams concluded their seasons by competing in the St. Patrick’s Shamrock Tournament, Charlotte, with 80 other teams from Virginia, North Carolina, and Georgia.  Grace Barnes, Shannon McEntee, John Hicklin, and Andrew Raad were selected by opposing coaches as Tournament All Stars.  St Anne was the first South Carolina team to participate in this 25-year-old annual tournament.  It was a great weekend of games, exhibitions, mass, and a dance for the Middle School teams. 
• St. Anne cheerleading squad concluded their season by performing a great 5-minute routine in the Shamrock Cheerleading Exhibition in front of over thousand fans at Charlotte Catholic High School Saturday afternoon.
