Mission and Core Values

Our Mission

We welcome all children who are seeking a Catholic, academically strong education. We provide an environment conducive to the development of the whole child: intellectually, physically, emotionally, spiritually and culturally. We believe in the God-created world, the teachings of Jesus, and the grace of the Holy Spirit.

In keeping with the bountiful tradition of Catholic education, we Inspire Excellence in God's Children by educating the whole person as articulated and demonstrated by our Core Values:

At St. Anne Catholic School...We Believe.

We believe in God.
We believe in family.
We believe in teachers.
We believe in each other.
We believe in you.

The Core Values of St. Anne Catholic School are demonstrated in the following ways:

We believe in God.
Faith
St. Anne Catholic School offers an enriching spiritual environment for students of all faiths. Through morning community prayer, weekly Mass, daily religious instruction, and service to others, students are afforded the opportunity to grow in their faith. Faith is woven into the fabric of academic and extra-curricular activities. This faith-filled atmosphere encourages students and their families to integrate their faith into daily living.

FamilyWe believe in family.

St. Anne Catholic School is a community bound by faith. Our community has common goals and ideals. SAS understands that parents are the primary educators and that together, we work toward the goal of educating His children entrusted to us. SAS supports working families with our extended care program. We work together guided by the mission of our school by volunteering and assisting in areas helpful to our school.

We believe in teachers.

TeachersWe are first and foremost a school, and we strive to provide our students with the best education possible. We work to give all students the educational foundation they need to thrive and contribute in an ever-changing world. As evidenced by our outstanding national test scores, students excel in our challenging and stimulating academic environment. Our talented and caring faculty, dedicated parents, low student-to-teacher ratios, and cutting edge technology all play a role in our students' academic success.

We believe in each other.

Inherent in a Christian way of life — and the spirit of St. Anne School — is the belief that we must look beyond ourselves to the greater good, that we are called to serve our neighbor, and that we must work toward making the world a better place for everyone. We strive to put this ideal into action every day. Students participate in service projects and community service throughout their years at St. Anne. Students participate in N.U.T.S. Days (No Uniform To School dress down days) throughout the year. These donations go to missions in Guatemala, St. Vincent DePaul Society, The Haven Men's Homeless Shelter and many more In order to dress down, students bring a monetary donation or item to give to someone in need. Our 5th grade students make sandwiches for our local Dorothy Day Soup Kitchen each week. Our community works together raising money for our own tuition assistance and school community needs.

We believe in you.Each Other

We work to create an environment that enables our students to experience and learn in all areas of life. Our student's educational experience is enriched with music, art (both performing and visual), foreign language and physical activities that not only strengthen their bodies, but give them the opportunity to experience belonging to a team and proper sportsmanship. Our classrooms are equipped with the technology and tools they need to enhance their learning.
