What is the application process? What paperwork will I need?
A complete enrollment application consists of the following:

  • A completed online application  CLICK HERE

  • Any available standardized test records for each child (not required for Kindergarten).

  • Immunization records for each child

  • Once child is accepted, a completed enrollment form plus fee is required.

  • Birth Certificate

  • Copy of Baptism Certificate (if applicable)

What are the deadlines for submitting an application?
Applications are accepted year-round. Students may be enrolled throughout the year if openings exist.

When will I know if my child has been admitted? How will I be contacted?

You will be notified of acceptance by letter. The school requires a complete enrollment application (see above) and review of a student’s school records (where applicable) before making a decision on acceptance. Please be sure to update us if your contact information changes.

When will the school know if a particular grade has space available for next year?

When open enrollment begins currently enrolled students register for the following year. After the current student enrollment period concludes, new students enroll based on the space available in each grade. A child may be placed on a waiting list when necessary.
